This is an exciting opportunity to join the University of Worcester as a Lecturer (Teaching - Maternity Cover) in Sport and Exercise Therapy. make a contribution to the provision of Sport and Exercise Therapy at the University of Worcester. As an integral member of the dynamic and expanding School of Sport and Exercise Science, the Lecturer (Maternity cover) in Sport and Exercise Therapy will work within a team delivering high quality teaching of Sports Therapy and will also support staff and students engaged in teaching & learning, research and consultancy. The BSc course is accredited by the Society of Sports Therapists (SST).

In the School of Sport and Exercise Science our vision is to use sport as an engine for opportunity, supporting positive social transformation. We have an excellent international reputation in the field of inclusive sport, pioneering new ways to open the joy of active participation in sport to hitherto marginalised and under-represented groups. We also maintain a strong focus on employability in our teaching. We offer a range of courses from Foundation Degrees to PhD, with our most popular courses being BSc Sports Therapy, BSc Sport and Exercise Science, and MSc Performance Analysis.
