As a front-facing representative, you will be instrumental in managing client stores and ensuring the seamless flow of essential products. Your responsibilities will include:

• Client-Centric Service: Consistently delivering exceptional customer service and fostering professional relationships with the client.
• Stock Management: Issuing stock products, sourcing and making available supplier catalogues and product reference materials.
• Order Fulfilment: Expediting outstanding purchase orders promptly and releasing back-ordered products for timely delivery.
• Inventory Accuracy: Accurately recording delivered goods into the stock control system, completing stock deliveries within one working day of receipt, and conducting rotational stock checks.
• Product Lifecycle Support: Recording stock locations for new products and managing stock adjustments.
• Operational Excellence: Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and attending site meetings to address any store-related issues.
• Documentation: Ensuring approved documentation is accurately completed and authorised.
