Vacancy: Business Development Executive
FT/PT: 08:30 – 17:00, 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday
Contract Type/Term: 6 month fixed-term contract or consultancy agreement
Salary: £40,000pa, pro rata, or equivalent consultancy rate

About the Role:
UNIP is seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to support our growth initiatives in Nottingham. You will be responsible for generating new business and managing key customer relationships within our innovation-focused property portfolio. You will be responsible for both letting and conferencing offerings, looking to increase our income generation from both.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting new business opportunities
Managing client relationships and inquiries
Achieving sales targets and tracking metrics
Running targeted campaigns and outreach
Building a strong network with stakeholders
Conducting market research and identifying tenant prospects
Negotiating commercial terms and agreements
Ideal Candidate:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to communicate complex concepts
Well-organised with analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in sales, business development, and commercial negotiations
