Job Description Vice President – People Projects Full Time - Hybrid (Minimum of 3 days per week in the office) Derby We are looking for an experienced and strategic senior people leader who ready to make a real impact. What you will be doing With this attractive opportunity you will get a chance to: Lead and deliver strategic business change projects in support of the Submarines Business Strategy and People Strategy Act as strategic expert in organisational design, providing the business with analysis, insights and tools to enable an effective operating model Provide strategic programme leadership and support to Roll-Royce Group to ensure smooth rollout of new initiatives into the Submarines business Lead the annual People Strategy review and to own the development of, and programme management of, an annual People Plan Who we’re looking for At Rolls-Royce we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference.
