  • Professional Development: Gain valuable experience in a target-driven environment, honing your skills in action planning, program delivery, and client support. Experience in welfare-to-work is beneficial, but individuals from diverse backgrounds with transferable skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Flexible Working Hours: A standard 37-hour week with clear Monday to Friday working hours offers a good work-life balance.

Key Considerations for Your Career Path:

  • Coaching and Guidance Expertise: The role requires strong coaching skills, an aptitude for effective action planning, and the ability to guide individuals through their employment journey. If you excel at building rapport and facilitating personal growth, this is an ideal fit.

  • Target-Driven Environment: Success in this role involves consistently meeting performance outputs and contractual requirements. Candidates who are motivated by achieving targets and delivering results will find this aspect fulfilling.
  • Record Keeping and Organization: Managing your own caseload requires strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail when recording session data in the content management system.
  • Adaptability and Problem-Solving: You will be instrumental in identifying and addressing potential barriers to employment, requiring a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Commitment to Safeguarding: As part of an organization committed to safeguarding, candidates should uphold these values and be prepared for potential DBS checks.
