What Youll Do as an CRM Global Campaigns Manager

In your role, youll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Heres a flavour of your day-to-day:   

Extensive CRM Expertise: Minimum 5+ years of digital CRM experience, ideally with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, to drive Primarks evolving CRM programme across email, app, and SMS channels globally.Strategic Leadership: Own and lead the creation of the global CRM campaign calendar, ensuring alignment with the overall Brand/Content calendar and delivering a consistent outbound strategy across all markets.Campaign Ownership & Execution: Manage end-to-end CRM campaign development—from strategy through execution—while maintaining high-quality standards and incorporating localisation feedback.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with CRM Customer Engagement Manager, Content, and Brand teams to optimise channel usage (email, SMS, push notifications) and identify planning and optimisation opportunities.Team Management & Development: Lead and organise the CRM campaign team (3 heads), oversee workload, ensure QA excellence, and support training and development initiatives.Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Work with Senior CRM Manager to implement test-and-learn strategies, troubleshoot issues, accelerate rollouts, and deliver insights for automated customer journeys and future CRM activities.

Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering solutions despite unforeseen obstacles and complex business requirements.CRM Expertise: Possess deep knowledge of CRM principles and demonstrate confidence in creating and managing a comprehensive campaign calendar.Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders through regular communication, managing expectations, and consistently delivering on commitments.Attention to Detail: Take full responsibility for the quality of CRM campaign outputs, ensuring accuracy and excellence in execution.Leadership & Coaching: Ability to lead, influence, and mentor team members to achieve high-quality, results-driven work.Technical & Industry Experience: Extensive experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, email marketing, HTML/AmpScript basics, and working with creative agencies; familiarity with e-commerce or retail is a plus.
