About the Department:

This exciting opportunity is within the University's Recruitment and Customer Relationships Team. This team plays a pivotal role in the University's UK student recruitment and outreach efforts, guiding prospective students from their initial inquiry right through to their enrolment. As part of the broader Marketing, Recruitment and Communications Department, you will collaborate with specialists across Communications, Campaigns, Digital, and Admissions.

The Role: CRM and Conversion Officer

As a CRM and Conversion Officer, you will be an integral part of a focused and dynamic team dedicated to managing prospective student communications. Your primary objective will be to ensure the University meets its student recruitment targets by fostering engagement and driving conversion from initial inquiry to final enrolment. This involves the strategic development, implementation, and rigorous evaluation of communications and activities designed to inspire and guide prospective students and applicants.
