Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and helping people take the next step in their education journey? We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Course Enquiries Adviser to join our busy and supportive course enquiries team at the University.
In this full-time role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective students and their supporters, offering clear, accurate and engaging advice across a variety of channels — including phone, email, and digital platforms. From course details to life on campus, you’ll be helping future students explore their opportunities and make confident, informed decisions. The conversations and interactions you have will play a key role in inspiring students to choose our university, while supporting the university in achieving its student recruitment goals.
Working closely with colleagues across the university, you’ll handle a high volume of enquiries every day while maintaining a professional, client-focused approach. Your strong communication skills, confidence with digital tools, and ability to work efficiently under pressure will help you deliver an excellent service that reflects the high standards of our university.
We’ll support you to build your knowledge and expertise, ensuring you feel confident advising on everything from academic programmes to the wider student experience.
