As a Customer Advisor your role will involve receiving inbound calls from candidates who are looking to join the British Army and responding to any enquiries regarding their application processes. Job title: Customer Advisor Job Description: Full-time, permanent role: working 37.50 hours per week. Hours of work follow a rota between 8.15am-7.00pm Monday to Friday and a rotated Saturday (approximately 1 in every 8).
