Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the comprehensive planning, coordination, and flawless execution of university events.
  • Masterfully manage all event logistics, including venue selection, supplier liaison, catering arrangements, audio-visual setup, and seamless on-the-day operations.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal departments, external partners, and service providers.
  • Contribute to meticulous budget tracking and the generation of essential event documentation.
  • Champion the highest standards of professionalism, inclusivity, and precision in every event.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and an outstanding guest experience throughout all stages of an event.
  • Play a key role in post-event analysis and the reporting process.
