Key Areas of Focus for Your Expertise:

  • Talent & Performance Management: Champion key talent processes, lead identification and succession planning, and ensure robust development pipelines.
  • Change Management: Support organizational transformation by providing workforce insights, facilitating consultations, and ensuring effective communication.
  • Organization Design: Lead reviews to align organizational capability and structure with business objectives.
  • Learning & Development: Identify and implement effective learning solutions in collaboration with leaders and individuals.
  • Reward & Recognition: Partner with leaders to ensure fair, competitive, and performance-related compensation practices.
  • Core HR Processes: Take ownership of key HR activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of global HR processes and data accuracy.

Who Will Thrive in This Role?

We are looking for a seasoned HR professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally within Commercial/B2B/FMCG sectors. A degree and CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) is preferred. Your proven track record should demonstrate success in:

  • Leading organizational and culture change projects.
  • Championing talent and performance management initiatives.
  • Navigating UK employment legislation and employee relations, including unionized environments.
  • Utilizing a data-driven approach to provide insightful HR metrics.
  • Experience with HR systems (SAP, ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, or Atoss) is a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset, with a genuine passion for fostering positive employee experiences, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
