Key Responsibilities & Opportunities:
- Transition Management Excellence: Lead the successful transition of services and processes to Global Process Services (GPS), meticulously following Reckitt's Transition Management Office (TMO) methodology. This involves developing comprehensive transition plans, defining timelines and resources, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring seamless handover to Business As Usual (BAU) operations.
- Global HR Project Delivery: Drive the execution of geographically diverse HR projects, ensuring alignment with overarching global HR objectives and strategies. You'll be instrumental in translating global initiatives into impactful local implementations, ensuring adherence to local regulatory requirements (LFRs) while maintaining global consistency.
- Cross-Regional & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships with Regional PMs and other HR stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective execution of global HR strategies. Clear communication of regional progress, risks, and challenges will be paramount to maintaining alignment across diverse teams.
- Strategic Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with local HR teams, GPS local hubs, and regional stakeholders. Proactive communication and expectation management will be key to securing buy-in and ensuring project success.
- Proactive Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues at both regional and global levels, escalating where necessary. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring global policies and methodologies are followed, while documenting and addressing any deviations due to local requirements.
- Monitoring, Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Oversee project progress, timelines, milestones, budget, and resources. Conduct thorough project reviews to evaluate success against KPIs and identify lessons learned to drive continuous improvement in future global HR projects.
- Project Portfolio Management: Contribute to the strategic alignment of the HR Reckitt portfolio, assisting in project prioritization through cost-benefit analysis and risk assessments.
- Governance & Compliance Champion: Support the establishment and adherence to a robust governance framework, ensuring consistency, quality, and risk management across the project portfolio.
- Training & Development: Act as a trainer for Reckitt's PM and TMO methodologies, tools, and processes, empowering teams across the organization.
