Scope and Purpose

Assist senior bankers to support origination activities by preparing marketing materials (pitches, internal and external decks) Conduct financial and credit analyses for M&A, LBOs, and financing transactions Collaborate closely with key departments within the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, such as Credit, Legal, Compliance, Industry and Product teams (i.e., Leveraged Acquisition Finance, DCM, ECM, M&A) Participate in client meetings to drive new business development and identify potential lending and cross-selling opportunities Support and assist execution teams during credit approval processes Assist with execution of NDAs, compliance monitoring for sensitive transactions, database and CRM (Salesforce) updates

Required Experience

1-2 years in Banking Industry in a similar position

Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge

Degree in Finance & Economics Knowledge of financial analysis Analytical skills and ability to understand and exploit financial information and databases Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and external info providers, including Factset, Moody’s, Pitchbook, Bloomberg, Mergermarket Commercial awareness Right to work in UK
