Instructional Designer

Bupa is seeking a talented Instructional Designer to join their Bupa Campus team in London. This is a permanent, full-time role offering a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, along with a comprehensive benefits package. The position requires a presence in London 3-4 times per month, with flexible and hybrid working options available.

Key Considerations for Candidates:

• Instructional Design Expertise: A strong foundation in adult learning theory, instructional design methodologies, and learning sciences is crucial. Proven experience in designing blended learning programmes for large, global organizations is essential.
• Content Development Skills: The ability to translate complex business topics into engaging, learner-centric digital and instructor-led content is a core requirement. Experience with authoring tools, LXPs, and educational technologies will be highly valued.
