Why This Job Matters:

The People Transformation Professional plays a role in supporting transformation and change project deliverables, driven by local business priorities and through the HR Portfolio process. This role provides support to People and Culture Business Partners and the wider Transformation and Change team to support on operational and time-bound projects, providing PMO support, tracking deliverables, ensuring timely completion of work and at a high quality.

Supports a project or portfolio of projects as they progress through the typical stages of the project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, and closure Builds and manages stakeholder relationships, understanding their needs and concern to help drive successful transformation outcomes Communicates information clearly, tailored to a specific audience, with a compelling narrative Ensures that the design of products and processes takes into account accessibility and inclusion Implements change management activities, managing those changes and developments to drive business value Proactively monitors data and analytics to track progress of deliverables and identify opportunities for continuous improvement Applies agile ways of working and behaviours into HR practices, promoting flexibility, continuous improvement, prioritisation and collaboration Leverages diversity of thought and inclusive thinking to maximise the effectiveness and success of teams, policies, practices, and products
Skills and Experience You’ll Need:
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to convey information to various stakeholders, managing expectations and tailoring messages/approach to different audiences HR knowledge and experience of delivering change from a employee perspective Excellent organisation skills to enable management of tasks, priorities to support multiple projects and deadlines Ability to manage projects through their lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution and closure Able to demonstrate good attention to detail to ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks and documentation Ability to identify issues and take a methodical and logical approach to propose practical solutions to overcome challenges Proficiency in data analysis and willingness to learn and develop new skills, seeking feedback for continuous improvement
