Why This Job Matters:

The People Transformation Specialist plays a key role in managing the discovery, implementation and embedment of large and small end-to-end people transformation and change projects driven by local business priorities and through the P&C Portfolio process. Reporting into the Senior Change Manager and as part of an agile cross-functional team, this role will support the design and implementation of P&C portfolio deliverables ensuring successful in-unit activation.

Acts as a trusted advisor and builds strong relationships to drive business performance by demonstrating and applying an understanding of the business and commercial context Possesses knowledge of critical business concepts relevant to the business unit and demonstrates the ability to use deep business knowledge to inform decision-making Communicates information, tailored to a specific audience, with a compelling narrative, that foster understanding and advocacy for change Handles a project or portfolio of projects as they progress through the typical stages of the project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, and closure whilst identifying, escalating and managing risks Ensures that the design of products and processes takes into account accessibility and inclusion Designs and implements change management activities, managing those changes and developments to drive business value Against a backdrop of competing requirements, uses data insights to make difficult trade-offs and make clear, reasoned recommendations on priorities Driving the embedment of agile ways of working and behaviours into HR practices, promoting flexibility, continuous improvement, prioritisation and collaboration Continuously seeks opportunities to grow new and existing skills, with a commitment continuous learning and reflection Leverages diversity of thought and inclusive thinking to maximise the effectiveness and success of teams, policies, practices, and products
Skills and Experience You’ll Need:
Strong business and commercial acumen with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive performance Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and create compelling narratives Proven experience in effectively managing projects through their lifecycle, including risk management Experience in designing and implementing change management activities Ability to use data insights to inform decision making and prioritise effectively Demonstrates a commitment to growing new and existing skills, continuous learning, and reflection Familiarity with agile ways of working and behaviours is beneficial
