You’ll be joining a friendly, professional group that values innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement, all while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and service delivery.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Student Administration Officer, you will play a key role in managing and developing core administrative processes that underpin the student lifecycle. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same and you will  balance routine tasks with problem-solving, contribute to service improvements, and ensure compliance with University policies and statutory requirements.

ABOUT YOU

You’ll bring proven experience in administration and a strong customer-focused approach, ideally gained in a busy, multi-stakeholder environment. Highly organised and detail-oriented, you can manage competing priorities without compromising on quality. Your interpersonal skills will enable you to build productive relationships with colleagues and students, while your IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office will support your ability to work efficiently. If you have experience in higher education or with systems like SITS and VLE platforms, that’s a bonus, but what matters most is your commitment to delivering an excellent student experience and your willingness to learn and adapt. If you’re proactive, resilient, and passionate about supporting others, we would love to hear from you.
