You will be supporting teaching timetabling processes in the Cross Institutional Timetabling Team within the Student Education Service including collecting and checking timetable data provided by schools, allocating teaching rooms, students and staff to timetabled activities using the corporate timetabling software. You will work flexibly with members of staff within the Student Education Service, moving areas of work as necessary to respond to workload peaks.
You will be enthusiastic about supporting student education activity and will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively. With a strong customer focus, you will always think about how we can do better and will contribute proactively to improving our Service.
