About the Role:
As a Trial Administrator within NCTU's multidisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of clinical trials. You will provide essential administrative support to trial teams, trial managers, senior trial managers, investigators, site staff, and R&D departments. This is a dynamic position that requires close collaboration and a flexible approach to support the completion of vital studies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Printing and dispatching essential study materials to trial sites and pharmacy.
- Meticulous maintenance of Trial Master Files and local site files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and scheduling meetings to facilitate smooth trial operations.
- Accurate data entry and proactive identification and resolution of data queries.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking candidates who possess:
- A strong foundation with GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics (Grade A-C), or relevant vocational qualifications such as NVQ 2/3 in Administration or City and Guilds.
- Previous experience in a relevant administrative role.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- High proficiency in IT, enabling efficient task management.
- The ability to work independently and effectively without close supervision, demonstrating strong planning and prioritisation capabilities.
- A collaborative spirit, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and individually.
