Broker Back up Technician

Aon are currently recruiting a Broker Back up Technician to join our Financial Lines & Cyber Latam team in London.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our London office.

What the day will look like

Produce final reinsurance documentation to confirm coverage to clients.

Collect and analyse relevant information and prepare market submissions and presentations for new business or renewals.  Produce and follow up endorsements when necessary.

Follow up on outstanding subjectivities

To work with our Accounting Teams, and assist when required, to ensure premiums are collected from clients and settled to Reinsurers within the specified settlement due dates.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

A colleague that would be very organised and attentive to detail, adopt a systematic approach, prepare contingency plans, proactively address challenges, consider broad long-term picture, and communicate confidently with others.  Speaking fluently English and Spanish with Portuguese as a plus.
