  • Trusted Advisor: Serve as the primary relationship owner for InterAction clients, acting as a trusted advisor to help them fully leverage LexisNexis products and services.
  • Best Practice Sharing: Disseminate successful strategies and case studies across industries and geographies to enhance the value of IA for both individual users and the firm as a whole.
  • Strategic Guidance: Assist clients in developing Return on Investment (ROI) analyses, business cases, and roadmaps for current IA usage and future expansion.
  • Leveraging Tools: Utilize established programs like the Customer Success Program and tools such as the Strategic System Assessment, Value Assessment, and System Health Checks to identify new opportunities and guide clients on their IA journey.
