Your Role and Responsibilities:

In this vital role, you will be at the heart of the Engineering Stores' operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service: Building and maintaining professional, courteous relationships with clients.
• Expediting purchase orders: Proactively managing and chasing outstanding orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Managing goods received: Accurately recording incoming stock into the control system.
• Processing customer deliveries: Confirming and promptly processing customer orders for dispatch.
• Ensuring documentation accuracy: Completing all necessary paperwork accurately and obtaining required authorizations.
• Maintaining stock standards: Completing stock deliveries within one working day of receipt.
• Supporting the team: Assisting the on-site team with various administrative tasks.
