• Strategic Leadership: You will be at the forefront of leading EMEA regional communications, playing a pivotal role in shaping and executing communication strategies that directly support critical business objectives.

• Campaign & Channel Management: Drive the creation and execution of engaging, relevant, and culturally sensitive internal campaigns. You will also be responsible for managing and optimizing key internal communication channels, including the intranet, Viva Engage, and newsletters.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

• Proven experience in internal or external communications, ideally within complex organisational structures.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and content development skills.
• Proficiency with a range of internal communication tools and platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
• A degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
