Your Key Contributions to the Team:
In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping and optimizing Bombardier’s international invoicing processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing an invoice analyst group dispersed across various international locations.
- Ensuring the integrity and standardization of invoicing processes across all Service Centres, Line Stations, and Truck businesses globally.
- Collaborating closely with Service Centre Management to enhance the timeliness and accuracy of maintenance invoices, directly impacting financial objectives.
- Establishing robust governance frameworks to meet and exceed key performance indicators related to the invoicing process.
- Providing crucial governance and escalation of major challenges and invoicing risks to senior management, driving positive invoicing behaviors.
- Managing critical month-end invoicing cycles to ensure the worldwide organization meets its financial targets, potentially offering global network support to achieve revenue objectives.
- Implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures for the claiming and invoicing of external special programs (e.g., Honeywell, GE, Rockwell Collins).
- Conducting ad-hoc analyses, reporting, and special projects to drive improvements in invoicing, dispute resolution, and accounts receivable.
- Fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment through encouragement, guidance, mentoring, training, and expertise.

- Extensive Aviation Expertise: A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in aviation and the aviation aftermarket is essential, including proven experience in employee supervision.
- Invoicing and SAP Proficiency: A deep understanding of Service Centre invoicing processes and aftermarket business partner practices, coupled with strong proficiency in the SAP system.
- Academic Foundation: A university degree in Finance or a related field is required.
- Exceptional Communication & Presentation: The ability to effectively communicate, update, promote, and facilitate discussions with all levels of management through strong presentation skills.
- Analytical Prowess: Advanced analytical skills and financial modelling capabilities, with a meticulous attention to detail and a solid grasp of financial statements.
- Technical Proficiency: Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
