You'll also liaise with Armed Forces Careers Offices and Medical Experts, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflow.
  • Information Management: Meticulously organize and maintain both physical and digital records, ensuring the integrity and accessibility of all applicant documentation.
  • Third-Party Coordination: Effectively interact with external providers, such as General Practitioners (GPs), to facilitate the fulfillment of medical requirements.
  • Process Coordination: Play an instrumental role in the overall coordination of the medical screening process, from initial engagement to completion.
  • Document Handling: Review correspondence, manage postal administration, and utilize scanning technology to digitize important documents.
  • Query Resolution: Handle incoming telephone calls and respond to inquiries, providing clear and helpful information to all stakeholders.
