About the Role:
As the Go-To-Market Programme Lead, you will be instrumental in orchestrating the planning, development, and execution of critical strategic initiatives across EMEA. You will be the driving force behind ensuring that every initiative delivers tangible ROI, achieves strategic Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and contributes to our long-term business growth. Reporting to the Senior Director Strategy Delivery, you will be a key member of the Strategy Delivery Leadership Team, playing a pivotal role in influencing, driving, and embedding transformative change across the region.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Programme Leadership: Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of strategic pillars, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals and measurable outcomes. You'll empower and guide cross-functional teams, setting clear objectives and managing daily execution.
- Value Realisation and ROI: Defining and rigorously tracking KPIs and performance metrics to measure programme success. Developing robust ROI models and dashboards to monitor financial and strategic returns, and identifying opportunities for accelerated value creation through new technologies and capabilities.
- Strategic Planning: Translating high-level strategic objectives into actionable programme plans with clearly defined KPIs. Proactively identifying dependencies, risks, and resource requirements to optimize ROI and ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery with measurable impact.
- Change Management: Championing change initiatives through effective communication, comprehensive training, and proactive stakeholder engagement. Ensuring successful adoption across all impacted teams and functions, tracked by dedicated adoption KPIs.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels to define key actions, desired outcomes, and success measures. Influencing decision-making and securing senior leadership buy-in for strategic initiatives and investment cases.
