Senior Analyst, Client Organization - Controls (MCA/RCSA)

Reporting to the MCA Architect within the Client Organization, this Senior Analyst role is central to managing critical control-related processes and enhancing the business's control framework. A significant aspect of this position involves executing ongoing activities within the Managers Control Self-Assessment (MCA) / Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) programs, as well as driving transformation initiatives related to Consent Orders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure comprehensive adoption of the MCA across all required business units and functions, adhering to MCA/RCSA Standards.
- Produce and critically assess MCA quality metrics, sharing results to ensure consistency and standardization before central aggregation.
- Embed a strong risk assessment and governance approach for MCA BAU and Consent Order transformation requirements.
- Manage the execution of control activities within the Managers Control Self-Assessment (MCA) program, also known as Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA).
- Oversee the MCA program, including its attestation cycles (annual, semi-annual, quarterly, monthly), quality oversight, and related reporting.
- Take ownership to identify, analyze, and assess potential risks, ensuring timely identification and remediation of significant control issues and operational events.
- Drive the execution of the MCA in alignment with the ORM Policy & Framework and other applicable standards and procedures.
- Develop and maintain ORM tools and methodologies to support accurate and consistent assessments of the risk and control environment.
- Consistently monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate the effectiveness of the risk and controls.
- Propose and implement enhancements or improvements to the MCA framework.
- Establish and maintain a robust tracking and reporting system for the MCA inventory, including key metrics to provide visibility on control gaps and quality control processes, escalating risks as needed.
- Champion MCA best practices, driving transformation and execution consistency across all business lines and functions.
